Seriously amazing customer service. They were friendly and would email, text or call to make sure I knew what was going on. I took my car in for a tune up, alignment and new clutch. Through the whole process Joel would call and confirm the work needed to be done and I authorized the service before they proceeded. That way no misunderstanding could possibly happen. I appreciate that. Even at 149000 miles my Subaru now drives great. The alignment is perfect. Plus my clutch works like the day I bought it. I actually had to get use to it again. Great job guys.

Bought a car from Joel here at Carcanix. Very smooth transaction and accomodating demeanor. Had some work done (Headlight install) as a part of the deal and that work was performed very cleanly, without any issues. I just wish his shop was closer to my house so that I can take my car back here for all the maintenance/repairs. I would not hesitate to come here again.
