I brought my 2013 VW Golf TDI for transmission fluid and filter replacement & an oil change a couple of weeks ago. I brought it in at the time agreed upon and they returned it back at the time promised. The work took a few hours so I was dropped off & picked up afterwards. There was some loose bolts in the driver's door. Joel had it checked out and tightened as a courtesy. He's honest & really takes care of his customers. That's why I keep coming back.

Joel is a lifesaver. He went out of his way to make time for me and my car issues before I went back to school. He was very straight up with me and laid out all the options for my car problems, and still managed to give me a great deal. He also gave me great advice for my future car selling/buying process.
