Joel is a lifesaver. He went out of his way to make time for me and my car issues before I went back to school. He was very straight up with me and laid out all the options for my car problems, and still managed to give me a great deal. He also gave me great advice for my future car selling/buying process. It's rare that you find an automotive repair facility that is advanced in the art of Customer Service. Joel Portnoy is a master at this art. He is beyond fair and hasn't charged me a dime for anything that didn't need to be done. And, in fact, saved me money by not doing a repair someone else told me was required. The fact that this facility is qualified to work on late model Volvo's - which I unfortunately have - is a GOLD MINE find for me. Every repair has been done right the first time and they have a customer for life. I toggle back and forth between Sac and San Jose. I'll trailer my car to this place before I have the thief's at the San Jose shop work on my V70 again!!!
